Impact Staffing LLC began in 1999 as a partnership between veterans of the staffing industry with the desire to create a new way of operating an industrial staffing agency. Developing a hybrid of the physical dispatch and telephone dispatch operations allowed Impact Staffing to provide a more efficient and dependable operation that better serves our employees as well as our clients.

Over the years Impact Staffing has formed long lasting partnerships with clients in Chicago and the surrounding metropolitan area as a result of our in depth knowledge of their operations and attention to detail. We maintain the flexibility to adapt to our clients' changing needs and work with our employees to give them the best opportunity for success.
